Your accountant will eventually ask for "all the SaaS receipts." Here's how to give them ReservWise's portion in one tidy package.
Download a single invoice
- Open Settings → Billing → History.
- Find the invoice by month. Each row shows date, amount, plan, and status.
- Click Download PDF on the right side of the row.
The PDF includes your business name and address (from Settings → Profile), the plan you were on for that cycle, the line items, the prorations if any, and our tax handling. It is a real, accountant-acceptable invoice — not a generic receipt.
Download all invoices at once
From Settings → Billing → History, click Export all. You get:
- A ZIP file containing every PDF invoice we've issued you, named
RW-YYYY-MM-INV####.pdf. - A
summary.csvwith columns: invoice number, date, plan, amount, tax, total, status.
Bookkeepers love the CSV. The PDFs are there for the audit trail nobody hopes to need.
Re-sending an invoice by email
Every invoice row has a Forward button. Enter any email address (your accountant, an A/P inbox, your own backup) and we'll re-send a copy of the PDF. It comes from billing@reservwise.com with the original invoice number in the subject line, which is what most accounting software needs to match it to a payment.
Set a default billing email
If you want every renewal invoice to go to your accountant automatically — not your personal inbox — open Settings → Billing → Notifications and add an additional billing recipient. You can have up to three. They get the same email you do, every cycle.
Missing an invoice?
If you can't find a charge that hit your card or bank statement, check:
- Filter "All time" in the History view — it defaults to the current year.
- Failed charges are shown in a separate tab. They're not invoices yet — once we successfully retry, they become invoices.
- Refunds appear as separate negative-amount rows so your books balance correctly.
Still missing? Email support@reservwise.com with the date and amount from your statement and we'll match it.
